Article 11. Disqualifications for the exercise of a profession, trade or trade related to animals, as well as for their possession
In order to be registered in the Central System of Records for Animal Protection, it will be an unavoidable requirement not to be disqualified, criminally or administratively, for the exercise of a profession, trade or trade related to animals, as well as for their possession. Regulations will establish the procedure to prove compliance with this requirement at the time of requesting registration in any of the registries that are part of the system and the procedure for the transfer of data between public administrations.
