Article 35. Positive list of companion animals
1. The list of wild species that can be kept as pets is created, hereinafter positive list of pets.
2. The positive list of companion animals will be open, state-wide, and will depend on the competent ministerial department, which must keep it permanently updated and public. It will be made up of a set of lists of groups of wild animals: positive list of mammals, positive list of birds, positive list of reptiles, positive list of amphibians, positive list of fish and positive list of invertebrates -all those taxa not considered vertebrates- which can be produced independently.
