Article 52. General conditions
1. The breeding or transmission as companion animals of animals not included in the positive list of companion animals is prohibited.
2. The registered breeder, sales establishment or animal protection entity, will verify through the veterinarian who registers the transmission that the recipient is not disqualified from keeping animals.
3. In the case of dogs, the registered breeder, sales establishment or animal protection entity, will also verify, where appropriate, that the future owner has completed the training course for the possession of companion animals to which refers to article 30.
