Article 72. Violations
1. Actions or omissions contrary to what is established in this law constitute administrative offences regarding the protection and rights of animals.
2. Offences are classified as minor, serious and very serious.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, actions or omissions that contravene the import and export prohibitions provided for in articles 35 and 61 will be classified as smuggling offences as provided for in Organic Law 12/1995, of December 12, of Repression of Smuggling.
