Article 47. GCOF type animal protection entities
GCOF Type entities are: those entities collaborating in the management of feline colonies of community cats. These entities must comply with the following obligations:
a) Submit an annual report to the competent Administration that includes an economic and management report.
b) Collaborate with local entities for the implementation and development of Feline Colony Management programs, in accordance with the provisions of this law.
c) Have administrative authorisation for the exercise of said activity in the territorial area where it is carried out.
