Article 67. Inspection frequency

1. The inspection referred to in the first section of the previous article will be carried out with the frequency established in the corresponding inspection plans. Inspections will be both random and unannounced, as well as directed and systematic.

2. From the result of the same, in the event of an infringement being appreciated, the corresponding inspection record will be drawn up which, where appropriate, may lead to the initiation of disciplinary proceedings.

3. However, if the inspection turns out that non-compliance may constitute a crime, the action will be reported to the corresponding Environment and Town Planning Coordinating Prosecutor’s Office or to the competent Court or Tribunal.
